By accessing, registering on, or using any part of the wipkr platform — including its website, casino games, sportsbook, and associated services — you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms & Conditions ("Terms"), together with wipkr's Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, each of which is incorporated herein by reference.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately discontinue use of the wipkr platform. Continued use of wipkr following any amendments to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised agreement.

These Terms were last updated on 1 January 2026 and supersede all previous versions of the wipkr user agreement.

• You are not an employee, director, agent, or close family member of an employee or director of wipkr or any of its associated entities.
• You have not previously been excluded from wipkr or any other online gaming platform through a self-exclusion programme.
• You are acting on your own behalf and not as an agent for, or on behalf of, any third party.

wipkr reserves the right to request identity documentation at any time to verify eligibility. Failure to provide satisfactory verification within a reasonable timeframe may result in account restriction or closure. Verification documents may include — but are not limited to — a valid CNIC (Computerised National Identity Card), passport, or other government-issued photo identification.

To access wipkr's real-money gaming and betting services, you must create a registered account. By completing the registration process, you represent and warrant that all information you provide is accurate, complete, and current. You agree to update your account information promptly should any details change.

One Account Policy: Each individual is permitted to maintain one (1) wipkr account only. The creation of multiple accounts — whether under the same or different names, email addresses, or payment methods — is strictly prohibited. wipkr uses automated and manual detection systems to identify duplicate accounts. Where duplication is confirmed, all associated accounts may be closed and outstanding balances may be forfeited.

wipkr reserves the right to refuse registration, suspend, or permanently close any account at its sole discretion, including where it has reason to believe that these Terms have been violated.

All financial transactions on wipkr are conducted in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). wipkr supports deposits and withdrawals via the following verified payment methods: JazzCash, EasyPaisa, Raast, 1LINK, HBL, UBL, and Meezan Bank.

Deposits: Deposits are credited to your wipkr wallet upon successful confirmation from the payment provider. Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply and are displayed within the cashier section of your account at the time of transaction. wipkr does not charge processing fees on standard PKR deposits; however, your payment provider may apply their own charges.

Withdrawals: Withdrawal requests are processed subject to the following conditions:

• Your wipkr account must be fully verified (KYC complete) before any withdrawal is processed.
• Withdrawals will only be paid to a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party withdrawals are strictly prohibited.

By claiming any bonus or promotional offer on wipkr, you agree to the terms specific to that promotion in addition to these general Terms.

The following general conditions apply to all wipkr bonuses unless stated otherwise in the specific promotion terms:

• Each promotion may be claimed once per player, per household, per device, and per payment method, unless explicitly stated otherwise.

Malfunctions: In the event of a software or system malfunction during gameplay, wipkr reserves the right to void the affected round or bet. No winnings arising from a demonstrable malfunction will be honoured. wipkr will not be held liable for losses incurred due to technical interruptions beyond its reasonable control.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the wipkr platform. Engaging in any of the activities listed below constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of balances, and — where applicable — referral to law enforcement authorities:

• Registering as, or on behalf of, a person under 21 years of age.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or at any subsequent point.
• Using automated scripts, bots, or artificial intelligence tools to interact with any wipkr game or betting market.
• Colluding with other players or third parties to gain an unfair advantage in any game or market.
• Exploiting software errors, glitches, or malfunctions for financial gain.
• Using the wipkr platform for any money laundering activity or attempting to obscure the origin of funds.
• Making chargebacks or payment reversals in bad faith following legitimate gaming activity.
• Attempting to access another player's account without authorisation.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the wipkr platform solely for personal, non-commercial recreational purposes in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not confer any ownership rights over any wipkr content or intellectual property.

The following activities are expressly prohibited without prior written authorisation from wipkr:

• Copying, reproducing, or distributing any wipkr content.
• Reverse engineering, decompiling, or disassembling any wipkr software.
• Using wipkr's branding, logos, or trademarks in any context outside the platform.
• Framing or mirroring any wipkr content on any other website or application.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, wipkr's total aggregate liability to you — whether arising in contract, tort (including negligence), statute, or otherwise — in connection with your use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your wipkr account during the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

wipkr shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive losses or damages, including but not limited to:

• Loss of profits, revenue, or anticipated savings.
• Loss of gaming opportunity due to technical interruptions, maintenance windows, or connectivity failures outside wipkr's direct control.
• Losses arising from your failure to secure your account credentials.
• Losses attributable to incorrect information provided by you during registration or verification.
• Any interruption, suspension, or termination of the wipkr platform in accordance with these Terms.

Nothing in these Terms limits wipkr's liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited by applicable law.

wipkr collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms part of this agreement. By registering an account on wipkr, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described therein.

Personal data collected by wipkr includes identity verification documents (e.g., CNIC), contact information, transaction records, and gameplay history. This data is used for account management, fraud prevention, AML compliance, and the provision of personalised platform features.

Your continued use of wipkr following the publication of revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of the amended agreement. If you do not agree with a material amendment, you may close your account before the revised Terms take effect by contacting wipkr support.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which wipkr holds its gaming licence. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms, or your use of the wipkr platform, shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts or arbitral bodies of that jurisdiction.

In the first instance, all disputes should be directed to wipkr's customer support team, who will attempt to resolve the matter within ten (10) business days. If a satisfactory resolution cannot be reached through internal channels, the dispute may be escalated to the relevant alternative dispute resolution (ADR) body as designated by wipkr's licensing authority.

wipkr's decision on all matters relating to gameplay, bet settlement, bonus eligibility, and account management is final and binding, subject to the above dispute resolution process.
